After 32 years of service at ICD, Ann Ruhl Carlson will retire this June from her current position as the Early Childhood Licensure Coordinator.

In five years, I hope to be working toward a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology, but I am always open to wherever my passions take me!
