Jed Elison named Distinguished McKnight University Professor
Congratulations to Jed Elison on being named a Distinguished McKnight University Professor! This honor recognizes outstanding faculty members who have recently achieved full professor status. Recipients hold the title for as long as they remain employed at the University of Minnesota.
Elison, who is the Irving B. Harris Professor of Child Development, runs the Cognition and Neurodevelopmental Studies Lab at ICD. His research focuses on individual differences in early cognitive development and social communication. He uses advanced imaging technologies to study early brain development, including investigating risk factors for autism. Elison joined ICD's faculty in 2013.
