Biography

Jaylen Santos is a second year doctoral student on the developmental science track at the Institute of Child Development. His research interests involve childhood and adolescent development, substance use trajectories in adolescence, and LGBTQ+ youth populations and health outcomes. Jaylen is especially interested in the intersection of queer culture and substance use within the LGBTQ+ community. Jaylen is advised by Dr. Sylia Wilson and leads several research endeavors in the FAMCAN lab.
